I put this tracker and planner together specifically to help you create new habits in the kitchen. If you are a visual person, print off a copy of the trackers and put them up in your kitchen so they a visual reminder for you!

If you prefer keeping them digital, I recommend putting up a sticky note or something that will daily remind you of the new habits you are building.
